Malcolm Law likes to push his body as far as he can, starting in February, 2015, Malcolm would run and climb for 50 days straight with no rest days across the rugged terrain in New Zealand. Starting his own charity High Five-0, raising donations from all over the world for mental health.

Completing the challenge would see Malcolm run a total 2,000 km and climb more than 100 km (the equivalent ascending Mt. Everest 12 times!). This challenge was entirely off road running and climbing, Malcolm spent over 10 hours a day pushing his body to the limit.

His charity raises money for the Mental Health Foundation, initially setting his goal to raise $250,000. Malcolm has crushed his initial goal having raised $420,000 and counting! If you want to see more on his story or make a donation, visit high50
